Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
