Conditions of registration.—Every ombudsman under a scheme shall carry on the resolution of complaints under a scheme only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every settlement agreement in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such settlement agreement for inspection on request by the Secretary of the Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
