Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of an industry shall make an application for registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form VIII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every monitoring report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
