Surrender of certificate.—Every management of a school who ceases to carry on the running of a school shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
