Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a patent dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every specification then held; and the Registrar of Copyrights shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
