Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Regional Board in the custody of the Branch Manager, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Regional Board; and where the Branch Manager having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 2 within ten days of the succession.
