Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee of an insured person who ceases to carry on the receipt of benefits as a nominee shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every wage record held by him has been disposed of.
