Intimation of change.—Every dealer shall intimate to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
