Surrender of certificate.—Every online gaming intermediary who ceases to carry on the provision of online games shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Data Protection Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every electronic signature certificate held by him has been disposed of.
