Intimation of change.—Every publisher shall intimate to the Copyright Board, in Form 3 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Copyright Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
