Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the District Child Protection Unit in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every complaint then held; and the District Child Protection Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
