Surrender of certificate.—Every exempted establishment who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a private provident fund shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
