Surrender of certificate.—Every exhibitor who ceases to carry on the exhibition of films shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every set-top box held by him has been disposed of.
