Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed marriage hall who ceases to carry on the letting of premises for marriages shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
