Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee of a family settlement who ceases to carry on the administration of a family settlement shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
