Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any trustee of a family settlement dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar General in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every inventory of the estate then held; and the Registrar General shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
