Surrender of certificate.—Every body corporate who ceases to carry on the handling of sensitive personal data shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
