Application for registration.—Every rehabilitation professional carrying on the practice of a rehabilitation profession shall make an application for registration to the National Trust in Form VIII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every scholarship held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
