Intimation of change.—Every dealer shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 23 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
