Application for registration.—Every asset reconstruction company carrying on the business of asset reconstruction shall make an application for registration to the Banking Ombudsman in Form D, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every advance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
