Intimation of change.—Every asset reconstruction company shall intimate to the Banking Ombudsman, in Form F and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Banking Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
