Application for registration.—Every digital locker service provider carrying on the provision of digital locker services shall make an application for registration to the Unique Identification Authority in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every security audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
