Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form VI and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
