Application for registration.—Every public call office operator carrying on the running of a public call office shall make an application for registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
