Fees.—The fee of five lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Universal Service Obligation Fund by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
