Application for registration.—Every holder of benami property carrying on the holding of property in the name of another shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 6, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every possession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
