Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of benami property who ceases to carry on the holding of property in the name of another shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every document held by him has been disposed of.
