Application for registration.—Every owner of an easement carrying on the enjoyment of an easement shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form 6, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every possession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
