Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of an easement who ceases to carry on the enjoyment of an easement shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every register of documents held by him has been disposed of.
