Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Unique Identification Authority in the custody of the Grievance Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Unique Identification Authority; and where the Grievance Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form E within seven days of the succession.
