Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a building near a defence work dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Station Commander in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stores then held; and the Station Commander shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
