Intimation of change.—Every sports goods manufacturer shall intimate to the Disciplinary Panel, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Disciplinary Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
