Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the railway servant shall apply to the Metro Railway Administration in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Metro Railway Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
