Surrender of certificate.—Every diagnostic laboratory who ceases to carry on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Drugs Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every prescription held by him has been disposed of.
