Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor who ceases to carry on the use of a registered mark shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every register of patents held by him has been disposed of.
