Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inamdar shall apply to the Land Tribunal in Form 1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Land Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
