Surrender of certificate.—Every driving school who ceases to carry on the imparting of instruction in driving shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every trip sheet held by him has been disposed of.
