Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the valuer appointed by the court shall apply to the Legal Services Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Legal Services Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
