Application for registration.—Every valuer appointed by the court carrying on the valuation of property for the court shall make an application for registration to the Legal Services Authority in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every court fee stamp held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
