Intimation of change.—Every allottee of evacuee property shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form 2 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
