Application for registration.—Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form 7, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every title deed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
