Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a firing range who ceases to carry on the operation of a firing range shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
