Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a firing range shall apply to the Cantonment Board in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Cantonment Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
