Application for registration.—Every licensee of a firing range carrying on the operation of a firing range shall make an application for registration to the Cantonment Board in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
