Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the insurance marketing firm shall apply to the Authority in Form IRDA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
