Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person carrying on a clinical establishment shall apply to the Drugs Controller in Form 28 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Drugs Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
