Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the firm shall apply to the Director of Industries in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Industries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
