Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the auditor of a trust shall apply to the Charity Commissioner in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
