Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Airports Authority in the custody of the Deputy Director General, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Airports Authority; and where the Deputy Director General having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-7 within seven days of the succession.
