Safe custody.—Every gratuity trust shall keep every register of members to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of a gratuity fund is carried on, shall record in Form 10 the description of every register of members so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority within forty-five days of the close of each year.
